Christmas Presents - Flexyfoot Hiking Poles and Accessories

So far we’ve discussed the Flexyfoot walking sticks and crutches; the benefits of each walking aid, alongside some hints and tips as to how to choose a colour, handle, and walking stick/crutch type.

So, what happens once your Flexyfoot product lands with you? Did you know that we have a range of accessories available, including, crucially at this time of the year, the Flexyfoot ice boot?

Flexyfoot Ice Boot

Our Flexyfoot ice boot is specifically designed to use with the Flexyfoot ferrules and prove invaluable in the icy conditions. It’s easy to fit and comes complete with a safety cover to protect the teeth when they’re not in use. The ice boot fits over the ferrule foot, providing unwavering grip for improved user confidence in icy, wintery conditions.

Don’t take our word for it though; here are a couple of reviews we’ve received:

“These ice boots gave me so much more confidence when using crutches on snow and ice. They fit securely to the Flexyfoot ferrules and grip well when walking. Having to take the grey covers off and on is a bit of a nuisance but better than damaging floors! Highly recommend.”

“I used this on a recent trip to the Arctic and I don't think I could have managed without it. It certainly made me feel secure when walking on the snow and ice. Slightly tricky to get on and off but ok once you get the knack and it's great to keep the cover in your pocket and just pop it on when you go inside. A fabulous addition to my Flexyfoot stick.”

Flexyfoot Hiking Poles

Are you an active, sporty individual, or perhaps you’re someone that requires a little extra support when venturing out, but you’re not quite ready for a walking stick? Look no further as our Flexyfoot hiking poles may be for you!

Our hiking poles provide real confidence and independence, and come with several features that will benefit our users.

Firstly, the handle is made of breathable cork. This keeps the hand cool, and the moulded design offers a variety of grip options to best suit individual users.

Secondly, the hiking pole is equipped with our revolutionary Flexyfoot ferrules which has bellows that absorb shock when contact is made with the ground. This significantly minimises discomfort in the upper body and arms! We’ve mentioned treads already, but remember, the Flexyfoot ferrule offers up to 50% more grip than a traditional ferrule. Did we mention that the ferrule, because of its revolutionary design, always remains fully in contact with the ground? This ensures maximum traction, thus increasing safety and confidence.

Finally, the hiking pole is available in either black or blue and is fully height adjustable.

Where will you take your hiking pole?

Flexyfoot Shock Absorbing Ferrules

You may have a walking stick you’re already best friends with; one that’s been on your travels with you and has become your trusted and loyal friend and perhaps it’s not a Flexyfoot (gasps!) That doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from our revolutionary walking aids.

We have designed a Flexyfoot Shock Absorbing Ferrule for both walking sticks and crutches. They are available in a variety of sizes, and in a choice of two colours; grey or black.

Our shock absorbing ferrules are uniquely designed to provide up to 50% more grip and traction than a traditional ferrule. The shock absorbing ferrule offers optimum safety and comfort levels.

“An ideal solution to slipping canes & tired arms. This gives me extra confidence on wet or shiny floors as I KNOW it won't slip & the subtle spring makes walking a pleasure again!”

“If you need to use a stick, then you need this ferrule to stay safe. I’ve been using a Flexyfoot ferrule for over 2 years. It’s an absolute necessity!”

Flexyfoot Replacement Feet

If you’ve purchased a Flexyfoot walking stick, crutch, or ferrule then you’ll have noticed that there are wear markers on the bottom of the feet. Once the wear markers indicate you’re getting low on grip, it may be time to invest in a new, replacement foot.

The Flexyfoot replacement foot is a cheaper alternative to buying a whole new ferrule. So, in the instance that your Flexyfoot foot becomes worn or broken, you can simply ‘pop, twist and discard’ the old foot and replace with a brand new foot in either black or grey.

We hope that our last three weeks of Flexyfoot Christmas ideas has been insightful and helpful.
