Where are Sync Living from? Where was the company born? 

Sync Living are a family-owned company started by the father of the current managing director approximately 25 years ago who worked initially from his garage selling plumbing equipment to trade customers across Ireland. We moved to our current location approximately 14 years ago and the owner saw the need for a company to supply the public and NHS with quality products hence the beginning of our retail side.

What got you into the mobility aids business?

Jim, Sync Living's very friendly and helpful Sales Manager, provided us with his journey into the mobility aids business. 

Personally I have been in the industry over 30 years. I started as a driver, moving into the showroom where I became a rep. I have owned and sold my own company and I, in truth, probably got into the industry because my father was in a wheelchair and I truly love the industry. 

If you were a first-time customer, what product by Flexyfoot would you buy and why? 

Definitely the walking sticks! All the handles are great, but I particularly like the derby handle. It's very comfortable and has good support. 

Why would you buy from Flexyfoot instead of a competitor? 

I don't think there is anything out there to rival you, certainly not that I have seen. We like working with products that are that unique. 

How are you enjoying your partnership with Flexyfoot as a supplier?

The products are good and your marketing on the range is very good plus deliveries are quick which currently is a bonus - keep up the good work!!
